Shipping Policy
We send packages to Israel and abroad, with packages to Israel being sent with Israel Post Registered mail, while packages sent abroad are sent via Israel Post ‘EcoPost’ wherever it’s available, and EMS Express anywhere else. Both those services offer package tracking, however we prefer using EcoPost in the few countries it is available, because it’s cheaper and the premium services offered by the express service aren’t really necessary.
We are rounding up weights of T-shirts to 200g and records to 300g a piece. Those packages are weighed and priced in the post office, with packages to Israel limited to 5kg per package, and packages abroad to 2kg. Any larger order will be sent in separate packages.
Both EMS and EcoPost offer package tracking. We will help you find the appropriate websites to enter your tracking code and check the status of your shipment.
